FAQ

We work with two drop-shipping services, Printful and Printify. That means we do not keep stock of most of our products, each one is made on demand. When you order an item, we send your order to production with one of our partner Manufacturers and Print Providers, they will then make each product individually and will ship it to you.

All parts of logistics for international mail have been majorly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working as fast as we can and so are our partners to fulfill all orders, it may take up to 6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking. At this particular time, we cannot guarantee any delivery estimates.

We are working with multiple manufacturers and print providers, so your items may be made in different locations. In that case each item will be shipped separately as soon as its production is finalized.
